I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Initially, my room was noisy due to road traffic, but after a move, I got a larger, quieter room with a nice view. The first room was small and basic for the price, lacking hot water, while the second room had some maintenance issues like a peeling bath re-liner.

The hotel offers a large room with unexpected bathroom and AC for the price paid. Despite the room size being small for two people, it was comfortable and standard. The location is perfect for exploring Cardiff, with convenient parking at the rear and walking distance to major attractions. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of choices. However, the noise disturbance from outside affected the overall stay in the room.
